We at NeSo Hospitality have exposure to all aspects of the hospitality business from setting up of star rated hotels and restaurants etc., starting with the feasibility study, Help in Architect sourcing, Support in finalizing drawings, Support in finalizing various contractors and consultants, sourcing of equipment, setting operating procedures, providing manpower, marketing and managing operations including Revenue Management.

MEP (Mechanical Electrical & Plumbing) Consultancy
- Any project needs all three of these elements extensively planned and there is a vast array of areas where the contractors and vendors need specifications and guidance for the work they perform, such guidance and specifications is not always available with architects unless they have their own dedicated MEP teams. These are important aspects of the construction and mistakes or improper planning can be costly in the long run, either in direct cost of development or operational costs later. It is highly advisable to have MEP consultancy from the planning stage.
